The first basketball I ever owned was signed by Larry Bird. I think my dad signed Larry Bird’s name on it, actually, but it made me a Bird fan and a Celtics fan.
Now, I’m a Grizzlies fan. But since my Grizzlies have taken sucking to a new all-time low, I just want to give a shout out to my old team. Congratulations, Celtics! Usted en fuego!
ASU Tennis Camp

All this week I’ve been teaching at Coach Williams’s ASU Tennis Camp. Most of my students have been from 4 to 6 years old. We’ve had a ton of fun. (Except for when Logan hit me with his racquet in my, um, you know, my “business.”)

Chicks Dig the Yellow Ball

I loved those old Nike commercials of pitcher Greg Maddox saying, “Chicks dig the long ball.” Well, some of ‘em dig the yellow ball, too.
Like Brooklyn Decker. She’s a supermodel. And if you look close in that photo, you’ll see her ginormous engagement ring from Andy Roddick.
Now guys, I’m not saying tennis can land you a supermodel, but…
